Our cooking group learned how to do fondant on cakes, I had a blast and did it on Jerika's birthday cake too. Super cute and super fun. I will be doing fondant from now on. It is so smooth and easy and the colors are great. Also I learned a recipe that is actually yummy and the kids ate it up.

That cake is so cute...good job! But is it really yummy? I have never made fondant because the only time I have eaten it...it was gross, so seriously let me know.

I'm with the last poster! I've been decorating cakes since high school but fondant always sounded too difficult/prone to error. Perhaps I'll have to take a class - your cake look so lovely!
