So I am a blog buddy of Kristina at Pulsipher Predilections and her post yesterday was so funny. She and we liked it so much she decided to throw a Glamor Shots Gone Wild Blog Carnival. What is that you ask? If you have glamor shot pictures post them on your blog...then link it up to her blog, then we all visit and laugh, mock and have a great time.
So of course, being the self loving/self mocking gal that I am I wanted to get in on the fun, so I searched high and wide and found some fake glamor shots that I did in 1994 when I was on my mission.
The sister missionaries had to be in by dark in my mission due to dangerous situations there so we often entertained ourselves by doing silly things. This particular night we did glamor shots. So here they are. Feel free to mock, or say how lovely I looked, or whatever fits your fancy.
Isn't it nice that I am wearing my missionary name tag in that one, silly me.
What the heck am I looking at above, I am sure I thought this was a super model pose. I am wearing a lovely(ugly) sage suit I purchased in Italy, but never ever wore once I got home. I think it is upstairs in my closet right now, never to be worn.
I think I am saying ohh baby, in this one to get a little sexy going on.
Check out my bow, so 80's and I found that retro top in the extra missionary clothes closet and of course felt it went well with the bow so boo-yahh a great glamor shot ensemble.
I am so glad I did this, because i got these scanned into my computer before they completely disintegrated. The one above even has a masking tape residue from being in a scrap book.
So it is a good thing I jumped on this blog carnival.

These are awesome...love the yellow suit! Whoa...you are friends with Jessica Guernsey, too. She knows everyone...I have found another mutual friend of hers randomly. Love her, she was in our married student ward at BYU.
