I cant believe it has been Seven years.

I have been changing diapers for seven years straight. This is how it all started. Jerika came along and we were so happy to be parents that changing diapers was not even a chore.
When Jerika was potty trained we had another child Jacqueline who was 2 living in our home, and she was still in diapers. Just barely though.

Before she was completely potty trained along came Jennedy and we had another baby in diapers.

Well...when Jennedy was six months old I got pregnant...
Nine months later our fourth son, Trenton, our first boy came along. I now had two in diapers. Then, 8 and a half months later our fifth son came and I had three children in diapers.

Now I love babies, but changing diapers can get really really old when you have done it for years on end and then suddenly you are changing three of your kids diapers, day in and day out.

Well after 10 months of this we finally got Jennedy potty trained and I only had the two boys to change. Then a month later my youngest, Tyler, went home to his birth mom and wall-lah....only one child in diapers.

Well today my friends I am officially announcing that I am done with changing diapers.

Trenton is Officially Potty Trained.

Now he has probably been potty trained for longer, but I was not ready. I would put him in diapers and he would take them off to go in the potty. Then we would put the clean diaper back on. He went for over a week like this, never soiling a diaper, so I decided to just put him in briefs and see what happened.

Well you can probably guess, but that kid has never soiled his under wear since then. Even at bed time, or if he gets up before me in the morning. He just goes and does his thing then comes to me naked asking to get his briefs back on.

You rock my little Man, Mommy's proud!!

So Hooray, rejoice!!! I am free from diapers!!!!

That is AWESOME! Amazing, think of all the funds that will be freed up from no diaper duty too! I am sure enough for a well needed date! ;)

Good Job! No pun intended. Now, you can use all that extra diaper money to go travel more and even visit their grandparents more often. Yahoo!
