I have decided to have one day a week devoted to my blogging about my kids and what they are doing. I know you are excited by this. Who doesn't want to hear about all the craziness of my kids.
First Jerika- She is really catching on the the reading bug. She has started to read short repetitive stories to me and it is so much fun to watch someone learn how to read. I always wondered how it worked, and now I get to see it first hand. She is priceless when Jacqueline tries to step in and Jerika corrects her in nice positive ways, she really picks up on how we and her teachers teach her.
Jacqueline- She started gymnastics last week and is a natural. She is only five but the teachers thought she had been in gymnastics before. I have always thought she would be really good at it, but after one lesson she is amazing me. She is so limber to, she can actually fold herself in half with her legs spread to her sides. Amazing. She is so tiny and petite and loves gymnastics so far. Maybe we have a Olympian on our hands. If we can afford all those lessons.
Jennedy- When Jennedy asks me something and I tell her no she says "oh Man" It cracks me up every time. She continues to be a ray of sunshine in our lives, so full of energy and love. The other day she was cuddling with me and I said
I love you Jennedy.
I wuz you too maa
Then she held on tight to my arm and said
My mommy
My Jennedy
My mommy
My Jennedy
I waz you
I love you too sweetie.
No sweee-ee, Me Jennedy
Yes you are sweetie
Oh Man.
Trenton- is a dramatic little man, it is so funny how he does this really great fake cry and crinkles up his face, with his eyes half way closed so he can add more emphasis. He is so over the top. When he gets mad he will chuck anything in his hands and throw himself on the floor, usually hitting his head and screaming some more.
Still, he is super ticklish and I can get him to laugh even when he is crying. Also he is crazy about his sisters and really loves to be around them. They adore him too and give him as much attention as he will take before he just wants to be left alone.
Tyler- He is so giggly. He laughs like he will never stop. He has started to stand by pulling himself up on things. But then he gets stuck and will scream until someone helps him down. Today I found him in his crib he had fallen asleep in the upright position and was on his knees with his face against the side of the crib. I took a picture.
Once again, love the kids and how they grow and change each with his or her own personality.
